Yes. The Whisker Concierge is fully insured and bonded, and every sitter on our team operates under this coverage. 


We currently provide our in-home cat care services across select neighborhoods in Dundas Ontario.




Payments are simple and secure—clients may easily submit their payment using major credit cards through their Client Portal. 


Our services are dedicated entirely to cats. This intentionality allows us to deliver a refined, cat-focused care experience rooted in understanding, patience, and trust.


Our visits take place within dedicated care windows rather than at exact times. This allows our team to move thoughtfully between homes, ensuring every cat receives the calm, unhurried care they deserve.

Morning Care Window: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Single daily visits are typically provided within this window.

Evening Care Window: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
For two-visit bookings, the second visit can be booked in the evening.

Selecting a window—rather than a precise time—supports smooth staff scheduling and preserves the relaxed, attentive experience that defines our service.



Each visit is intentionally designed to last 30, 45, or 60 minutes—based on your preferences—so we can move at your cat’s natural pace. Whether it's personalized feeding routines, enrichment, or companionship, every moment is guided by your cat’s unique needs and emotional cues, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for in their own space.


Absolutely.  After every visit, we provide a personalized report along with a photo, so you can feel fully connected and confident that your cat is receiving the attentive, loving care they deserve.


If you are already a client, you will need to book care 7 calendar days in advance. 


If you are a brand new client, you will need to plan 14 calendar days in advance as it can take take up to 7 calendar days to obtain your Client Portal Login access in addition to the 7 days of advance booking that is required.


To provide the highest level of personalized care, we kindly request that all bookings be made at least 7 days in advance. This lead time allows us to thoughtfully coordinate our team’s schedules and ensure we can dedicate the proper attention to your cat’s unique needs.


To ensure reliable, personalized care for your feline companion, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.


  • More than 48 hours’ notice = Full client refund
  • Within 48 hours = Non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for your visit

This policy allows us to fairly compensate our team and maintain the calm, consistent experience you expect. If you ever need support adjusting a booking, we’re here to help.
