As part of our onboarding process, you'll receive a detailed care proposal with a custom quote—so everything feels clear, calm, and perfectly suited to your cat and home.
Each visit is intentionally designed to last 30, 45, or 60 minutes—based on your preferences—so we can move at your cat’s natural pace. Whether it's personalized feeding routines, enrichment, or companionship, every moment is guided by your cat’s unique needs and emotional cues, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for in their own space.
Absolutely. After every visit, we provide a personalized report along with a photo, so you can feel fully connected and confident that your cat is receiving the attentive, loving care they deserve.
We currently provide our in-home cat care services across select neighborhoods in Hamilton Ontario and nearby communities.
We have plans for future expansion, aimed at bringing our exceptional care to even more communities. If you're located outside of our current service areas and are interested in our care, we'd love to hear from you. Your feedback will help us shape our expansion to better meet the needs of new markets.
If you are already a client, you will need to book care 7 calendar days in advance.
If you are a brand new client, you will need to plan 14 calendar days in advance as it can take take up to 7 calendar days to process your Cat Care Application in addition to the 7 days of advance booking that is required.
To provide the highest level of personalized care, we kindly request that all bookings be made at least 7 days in advance. This lead time allows us to thoughtfully coordinate our team’s schedules and ensure we can dedicate the proper attention to your cat’s unique needs.
We kindly request a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service incur a 50% fee, while same-day cancellations are subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows us to respectfully manage our team’s schedule, accommodate other clients with care, and uphold the high standard of personalized attention your cat deserves.
